were true, IF ANY, but I do know this--Banks makes a difference.  He is NOT a great linebacker, but he does set the tone and brings it every play.  Not a bad example of the energy this defense absolutely has to bring.

Exactly. I think he's our best blitzer, and also probably the best at keeping containment.

He's improved on pass defense as well, though he still can't catch a ball right in his hands
And I agree with Murf that he is one of our better blitzers, something we missed greatly last week

He's a freaking fantastic player, without a doubt, but it makes my stomach turn that (if the rumors are true) that he could have cost UT a shot at the NC.
