Everytime they lose, I get more pissed off that we couldn't beat them.

I know transitive score comparisons are hardly scientific. But if this team has any doubts during Florida week next year, they need only look at the UF/UM and UT/UM scores.

It's the number one thing for next season IMO.  We have beaten everyone else in the East, heck, even Pruitt beat Mizzou, USC and Vandy last year other than Uga and Florida.  Florida has a 2-6 SEC record.  This program will not advance any farther until we shake the Florida curse, or WETF it is.

On a different message board, someone told me we have pointed to the Florida game for a long time and it didn't work.  We certainly did in the 90s and really the whole tenure of Fulmer, but rarely since then. I can only think of maybe the final year of Dooley as fans saying we had to win the Florida game.

Since then, I have wanted to win it but never seen winning it as essential to our success, any more than any other SEC game.  It just isn't a big game anymore.
