Outright, yes. But we would hold the H2H tiebreaker. SC is our main concern right now.
If we are tied in SEC play record-wise, we would be the 1 seed in the SECT because of the tie breaker but would be co-champs in the regular season regardless. At least that?s the way I understand it.

It was a great win and DK went nuclear in much of that second half. It was an amazing performance. Great finish by this team.
That said, Auburn got a lead and then went away from pounding it inside to Broome and attacking the glass for rebounds. That strategy got them back in the game and led to an 8 point lead and then they abandoned it. 🤷🏼♂️

Meanwhile, JJJ lights a fire, pitches a tent and gets called for a block I think JJJ could have gotten that call, but he slid his left foot to the right just before contact. By rule, that?s a block. I have to admit that I didn?t go back and analyze the two on us in slow motion so they could have been doing the same thing if I?m honest.

I have to disagree on the charging fouls. Both of those were legit charge fouls, but I have not seen two charges called against a secondary defender in a game all year - much less in two consecutive possessions.

Excellent. Now it's time for the unpleasant portion of today's program. Everybody hold your nose and root for Kentucky. Never!! I'm not upset that Auburn lost, but I don't think I've ever pulled for UK to win a basketball game. I just can't make myself do it.

1st half: 16:18-13:24 = 2:54 12:23-8:06 = 4:17 6:49-4:33 = 2:16 4:33-0 = 4:33
2nd half: 20:00-15:28 = 4:32 15:28-13:30 = 2:58 12:48-10:24 = 2:24 9:45-8:12 = 1:33 5:56-4:20 = 1:36
Runs totaling 27 minutes and 3 seconds without scoring a FG tonight. I left out several runs that were just over 1 minute. Also, during some of those runs we did make some free throws (Tennessee did not go a total of 27 minutes without scoring).
==================
1st half: 16:18-13:24 = 3:06 12:22-9:09 = 3:13 6:49-4:33 = 2:16 3:36-0 = 3:36
2nd half: 20:00-15:28 = 4:32 15:28-13:39 = 1:49 2:12-0:11 = 2:01
Runs totaling 20:33 without scoring any points at all. I did not include any segments that were under 1:30 (there were at least three that were between 1:10 and 1:29). That means that for almost 25 of the 40 minutes Tennessee did not score a point.

Breakdancing is now an Olympic sport. Anything that is judged is not really a sport, imo. A outcome of a sport is decided by the competitors, not judges. In that regard the Olympics has many competitions that I do consider not sport.

I keep wondering how this is all going to work if athletes become employees of the universities. There are multiple potential issues, I think, but I would think that Title IX might be the most limiting for schools.
I?ll admit that I?m not educated in the aspects of all this, but if football players become employees then how do schools keep from having to employ all athletes in all sports? Would pay need to be equal across all sports? Would the schools be required to pay out the same total salaries for females as they would for men?
I?ve said since this all broke loose that I believed it could eventually end college athletics as we know them. I hope that I?m wrong, because I just don?t see the Knoxville Volunteers drawing nearly the interest that exists for the University of Tennessee Volunteers.
