While that certainly doesn't make the game a walkover, it does make it easier.

"Gimmes" - n tejas state, western carolina, bgsu, vandy, kensucky

"could or should win" - usc jr, florida, ark

"good chance to win" - ou, mizzou, uga

"competitive and could happen" - bammer

For me, that means arkansas has moved from "good chance" to "could or should"
