Which means that next week, we'll be in the unusual position of being healthier in Game 2 than we were in Game 1.  So many guys missed the game or played hurt: Pig, North, Josh Smith.  Preston Williams was still recovering from his ACL and was limited from a playbook standpoint due to lack of practice time.

Defensively, supposedly KMac was dinged up and only played late.  IMO, this was less due to injury and more due to conditioning.  BG was playing with such tempo that we were unable to sub out for 7,8 plays in a row sometimes.  He just can't stay in the game that long at this point.  We won't play a faster tempo offense all season, so hopefully he'll get on the field more from here on out.  Justin Martin was out, and TK only came in after the delay and played well.

If we get all those guys back and/or up to speed for a full game next week, we can take the field vs. OU as a vastly improved team.

All men dream: but not equally.
Those who Dream by night in the dusty recesses of their minds
Wake in the day to find that it was vanity; but the
Dreamers of the day are dangerous men, for they
May act their dream with open eyes, to make it Possible.
This I did.
