Los Santos will be the biggest open world in Rockstar's history, "bigger than Red Dead Redemption, Grand Theft Auto IV and San Andreas combined." Players will also be able to explore underwater areas of the city.

What do you mean?  The first (and only) trailer only came out 13 months ago.

It's been confirmed for a Spring 2013 release, and you know that Rockstar NEVER misses an announced release date.

Seriously though, everyone's best guess is that the next gen consoles will be coming out at the end of next year, so GTA 5 can't go beyond then, can it?
