We had a lead on Bama at halftime two years ago and another team or two also then in the second half we got zapped (just like yesterday). This seems to be a trend with us, play well at the outset then do no adjustments at the half. The "If it ain't broke then don't fix it." mentality. I never agreed with that too much because you know your opponent is scrambling for damage control and adjusting so why leave things status quo. I suggest two gameplans for each game. First half then second half. Adjust a little if necessary. We are just too predictable.

You must be thinking about our 6-3 lead last year at bama, which was great while it lasted.  We were also reasonably close to LSU at halftime.   Then in both games, we fell apart almost as the second half whistle sounded.

FWIW, we weren't quite that bad last night, though obviously there is still considerable room for improvement.
