may be Dylan Wiesman and Marques Pair. We went into camp with six offensive linemen that we knew we could count on-- James, Richardson, Fulton, Stone, Bullard, Jackson-- and 5 of those 6 will be gone after this year. Getting Wiesman, Pair, and hopefully 1-2 other guys some meaningful PT this year will be absolutely essential since it will fall on them to be the core of a completely rebuilt line in 2014.

The number of young guys pushing for PT and even starting spots this year is encouraging, but at the same time makes you wonder just how bad the talent evaluations and coaching really were under the previous regime. The Dooley recruiting classes were not terrible, yet a group of freshman that comprised a fringe top 25 class this year is climbing up the depth chart all over the field. It wouldn't surprise me terribly to learn that poor coaching and bad habits have left some of these guys in such bad shape that they'd be better off having not been coached at all. I especially wonder that when it comes to WRs and DBs.

This is good news, indeed.  All the evidence points to this coaching staff being on a much higher level across the board than our previous one.

Wiesman has impressed so much that he will be in the rotation as a freshman.

Reports are that Kerbyson has also played well. I'd add him into the mix.

Sanders and Kendrick have done well, but they likely will be redshirted, which is a good thing.

When your offensive line may be the best in the SEC and you have freshmen who are getting into the mix, that speaks volumes...
