Couldn't be given to a more deserving person! She earned a wonderful reputation that will forever be associated with the state of Tennessee.

Well deserved! 

Not to make this political but it is people like her we need in our state and country's leadership. Can you imagine what this state and country could become with a room full of people similar to her?
