UF threw 73 pitches in that inning? Holy crap, I've never heard of such a thing. Greg Maddux used to occasionally throw that many in 9 innings. that is the kind of inning that gets us out of the tam wid slump We started hitting singes again Really didn?t use te bullpen hard That overuse of e pen hurt the crocs bad Left their in way too long due to that overus

waka waka will be missed. damn free agency
Blame Aidoo Reports were that he was staying, which caused Awaka to enter, then Aidoo shocked Barnes by entering the portal In any case, while I will miss Awaka, who I loved his play (and the "look in his eye" at KY this year) I think we improved with the exchange

When I first moved to East Tennessee in 1982, there were billboards everywhere in S Knox County that said "Water is for washing, Dickel is for drinking" and it showed a country gent sitting in an old school washtub drinking Dickel from the bottle. That sure did seem appropriate for S Knox County somehow! Well, S Knox County has always been a bit "different"

If you bought your groceries at Red Food, if you bought your clothes at The Leader, if you remember when Dollywood was called Silver Dollar City, if you?ve ever thought about accelerating to 100+ and trying out the runaway truck ramps while going down Monteagle, you might be from Tennessee. Before that it was known as Rebel Railroad

https://x.com/sportingnews/status/1784643990706340295Happy retirement Candace! I was at a NCAAT game in Dayton and the LVs were playing Marist Marist was hangin around in the 2nd half The player Candace was guarding went for essentially an uncontested layup As soon as the ball reached half court I heard Pat scream TIME OUT! Candace went straight to the bench, not the active team circle of chairs She knew what was coming Pat spent the entire TO in Candace's face (assistants ran the team huddle) Candace just sat, looked directly at Pat the entire time and took it, she knew Pat didn't play favorites, everybody was held to the same standard Once Candace returned to the floor, it was lights out for Marist I learned a LOT about Candace in that 2 minutes and confirmed why Pat was the winner that she was We have missed that accountability in recent years, hopefully Caldwell can bring that accountability back to the LVs
