FSU has talent everywhere....And I watched Norvell up close at Memphis where he had crap facilities and crap support and what he did for that program. I knew when FSU hired him he'd get that program back on track.

This may hurt Kelly's COY and Jayden Daniel's Heisman campaign

Kelly is a fraud. Norvell coaches in a weak (relatively) conference. I'm far from "sold" on him, but he has shown steady improvement, and a strong fsu should be better for UT. So I'm all for his success

And Kelly said they would "beat the heck out of FSU."  Most coaches would light up a player providing bulletin board material, but Kelly just joins in.

I think the main takeaway here is that Brian Kelly is going to have to recruit better. And to do that, he?s gonna have to back dat ass up just a little harder.

When you think about it, LSU wasn't really that great last year.  They snuck into the SECC courtesy of us beating bammer (and they beat them too of course, but without our win they are 2nd in the West).  Yes the comeback was impressive, but they clearly still have a ways to go.

But I'm not going to say it isn't satisfying that almost all the talking heads had them third in the SEC and us fourth.  That's very satisfying.
