we now finally have a winning record against Missouri! Hard to believe, but the series stands at 6-5 since they entered the conference (I don't think we played them prior to 2012).
That. NEVER should have happened. Even factoring in their nice run in the early part of the decade with two SECCG appearances, no way should they have...amazingly...led the series till now.
Looking back, we started 0-3 against them but have done really well since. Only losses since 2014 are last year of Butch and first year of Poot. We currently hold a 4 game win streak on them. That's one of the few things Poot accomplished, was beating them back to back.
Anyway its nice to see order restored in the East.
