What almost certainly happened is that Tunsil indicated that his mother needed money and Farar provided it. So he can deny giving Tunsil money with a straight face. I have heard from multiple sources that this is how it's done. You give money to a family friend or relative (usually a more distant one than a mother) and that's much harder to trace than giving an athlete money directly. Farar's statement is laughable. |
