I remember Bobby Patrella. He was the one that got tackled out of bounds on the UCLA sidelines and the uclan team did a beatdown on him. The picture of his face in the Sunday Tennessean looked like his head got caught in a combine. That game was in Memphis and we won. Tommy Prothro (UCLA coach) was so upset over the offficiating that he told the press that he was ashamed to be a southerner (apparently he's from the south). Doug Dickey and Bob Woodruff said there would be no return game (at LA) the following year unless he appologized. Prothro took backwater and begged like a dog for a bone. edit...I wrote this before I read the link and this episode is covered in the article. That was one sad event concerning Bill Majors and the others.
I did a little searching for Bob Patrella and found this: http://dan-dansoldschoolsecpage.blogspot.com/2010_08_01_archive.htmlAwesome read!

The Mayor of Baltimore will give you some "space to destroy", so you got that going for you.
Now, now. You know her words were taken out of context by the media.

He's constantly involved in something...speaking engagements, checking in on former teammates, friends, etc. He's constantly tweeting best wishes for the Lady Vols basketball team, baseball team and any other team on campus. He interacts with fans and always comes across as very humble and well-mannered. Wow, he sounds a lot like a former UT QB that I remember. Hint: He ain't no Freddie Kitchens

Dave Hart's response one year ago when asked about Tyndall's Morehead State team that was found guilty of major infractions... “We looked into that, as you would expect we would,” Hart said. “We looked into that very thoroughly and were absolutely satisfied at the end of that examination, that we had no concerns moving forward.” I'm over this blowhard

But again, I am using FACTS and LOGIC, and not emotion and feelings, so....
Because my basketball knowledge is average at best I'm tiptoeing into this thread, but is it safe to say that Cuonzo's teams underachieved as where Bruce's and Donnie's teams overachieved? To me it seems that way and if that is the case then logic dictates that Cuonzo is not on the same level as the coaches that he succeeded and preceded.
