Coach Graham, please let some of this rub off on our young tailbacks . . . especially the kind of thing you see at 0:41.

Thanks Coach.

Great stuff. Notice how he ran with great body lean. But how did they make a Jay Graham highlight video without the run from the '96 Bama game?

Or the run against Ohio State in the '96 Citrus Bowl (sorry for the crappy quality . . . this is the only video of this run I can find).

He didn't have much (any?) wiggle, but he ran really hard and was super fast.

Yeah, the difference between him and Webb was that Webb had vision and wiggle. Jay had to have a hole, but if it was there, he would hit it hard and be gone.

But that's OK for him as a coach... he can coach guys to be tough and finish runs... you can't teach vision and wiggle. You either have it or you don't.

I am not able to see the linked items.  Can anyone tell me why and how to fix it?

Thanks.

It was a crappy day
I don't think Mrs PV moved the entire game, attempting to stay dry - a futile effort.

Talked with Mr Ward this morning.....you would be surprised at what he thought the record would be......and it is not a pessimistic viewpoint at all.....

When asked he thought that 3 - 4 losses was the max in his opinion.  But he also said he would not be surprised to see this team lose only two or less.  He thinks Dooley has the team headed in the right direction.

If Tennessee loses the opener they will not have a very good season IMO. I'm in agreement with John Adams on this as he spelled out the Vols history with opening game losses. Rarely did they rebound and have a good year. Nothing would thrill me, as well as other Vol fans, to see UT lose only one or two games. Should that happen I do believe that would rank as one of, if not, the best turnarounds in Vol football history. GO VOLS!!!!

They showed that game on one of the ESPN's just last night.  Had not seen it in ages.  SO good.  Although I consider the 95 win my favorite game of all time, the 96 win was actually more satisfying somehow.  We finally beat bammer in a close one.
