They were to be our opening opponent in Nashville next year. It will be tough to find a replacement at this late date. We already have Western Carolina on the schedule, so we can't take another FCS team.

When he left Jacksonville State as their HC, he did not know about their plans to drop football. Paul Bryant Jr. and the rest of the BOT don't want to take any money away from the Mothership in T-town.
