Basically, it sounds like we're good to go for 35 signees or however many we can fit in.  I'm sure this will be nipped in the bud next year- but I can't believe no one else has exploited it before now.

Obviously, someone on this staff has a good bit more knowlege of the the by-laws (unless this is new) than UT's previous staffs in recent years.

Stuff like this is what I like about Butch. You know he is working hard and has his people working hard when they can find and exploit a loophole in the recruiting game. We need every advantage we can get to catch up.

It is my understanding that the reason you don't hear about this more is because of the unique challenges of our roster situation.  Rarely do major programs go through what we did in the past several years.
