It was toward the end, pretty much as time was running out, they were showing Peyton on the sideline, and Gruden says:
"I can't get over the transition of this Denver offensive team. They went
from Tebow, in an offense that [Denver RB] Willis McGahee said they called "
just run it", they didn't care if there was eleven guys on the line of scrimmage,
make it work, to running this offense with
one of the premier quarterbacks in history. It's a no huddle,
very cerebral, style of offense."
I don't think he was deliberately insulting Tebow at all, but...."make it work" vs. "cerebral".
Owwwww, that'll leave a mark.
