I will be rolling through your part of the country (or through Spartanburg, anyway) early this afternoon.  Headed down to Augusta to see our son, daughter in law, and our now 1 month old grandson.   

Might just have The Beacon in our lunch future for today.

Skip the Beacon. Turn right at the corner with Fudrucker's and hit Holder's about a mile down the road. Eat lots of hash!!!! I love their hash.

Interesting.  Might just have to try it.

Not sure about Sunday. But, they do have take-out! I usually pick-up a few quarts for the trip home in a cooler & load the freezer. Their potato soup is quite tasty, too! It was a must, though, to pick-up a quart of hash and take it to my father-in-law down in Charleston when he was alive. He and I would knock-out a quart by ourselves, putting it on white bread. Killer!
