One play where a guy got the ball poked out of his hand? Seems like routine football to me. Tennessee had a lot of problems Saturday, but Jalen Hurd wasn't one of them.

So you didn't watch the OL did you!!!! Did I say anything....or have I EVER said anything negative about Hurd? We are lucky Hurd is walking upright today.

Posted this on 4 different sites and several commented to the posts....not one time was Hurd's name mentioned until you did.

Hurd doesn't fumble the ball.  He just doesn't.  Seems to me to be a good play by the defender after a well timed delayed blitz, followed by excellent hustle by Hurd to get back and cover the ball.

BTW, was that when Mosely came in?  Just realized the lineman was originally engaged by the LG and typically Robertson plays better than that

Upon further review:
looks like a standard zone blocking scheme
Striker is quick.  That being said the block was adequate to allow Hurd to get to the LOS
The LG is not on the same sheet of paper as the rest of the O-Line, though perhaps he thought the LT was going to get the defender, not realizing he had to go after Striker.  If so a basic breakdown in communications.
