Note both players were known as hard hitters and suffered concussions, and both articles point out the possible connection to football as a cause for their problems.

Way back in the day, we were roomates after we first graduated college. He lives in Dallas now. Fortunately he has a milder case of it, similar to the type Stephen Hawking has, and so should live for a long time to come. He is really frustrated more is not being done to find a cure though.
