My whole yard is Bermuda.....with the hard cold Winter we've had I'll have to cut mine the first time about the 3rd week of April. Thank Gosh!!!

If even then....maybe not till early May.  I have Bermuda also.

Yep....Normally I cut it down to about 2 inches in mid April. After that when the sun and light gets to the roots it starts greening up real quick.
