I am assuming that second round games are played at a neutral site and DePaul got lucky and it was at their place?  Or did the game get moved due to the NIT?  If so, why not play a double header?  How great would that have been?

Or is it just that for whatever bizzare reason the NCAA decided that lower seeded teams in the ladies tournament would have home court advantage?

They changed the format a few years ago.  Now you can only host a regional once every four (I think) years.
