Tennessee: Sources within UT athletics confirm that Tennessee is "finalizing contract negotiations with Randy Shannon". Plan is to announce on Monday. Sources close to Shannon tell us "security for Randy" is the primary item still being negotiated.

Well, that has the smell of another large buy-out.      However, I do agree we have put ourselves in that position.

Its either that or hire an up-and-comer.  Any big name would want this type of "security".  Not ideal but it's where we're at.
