Saw him play a many of games. One of the UT greats.

Mid-late 60's were some good times with players like A W Davis, Ron Widby, Howard Bayne, Red Robbins, and of course Big Tom.  Fun to watch, and Bayne gave those teams some real personality, he was a tough son of a gun.  

Good memories, sad to see Tom go.

Even I remember him, and saturday afternoon only games with Joe Dean and his "blue collar worker" and "string-music" calls.
