All men dream: but not equally. My star of the game was Neal. He ran hard and broke tackles. Showed good vision as well

While I say overall talent is the biggest issue, I do think your DC may be shown the door. Too many defensive players out of position far too often. BG

I watched the game with a bunch of TN fans, and they were all pointing this out as well. Especially with Marshall's runs.

talent is part of it. The other part is that all freaking year we can't set an edge, even if our lives depended on it. The few times our ends didn't end up five yards inside the LOS they stood flat footed as the run er sailed by them. Other than AJ our LB play made poor look good. Secondary couldn't get off blocks and couldn't tackle. Other than the above our defense played great.

The OL did play better today but still far too many penalties and far, far too many individual breakdowns.
Foster would probably grade out the highest and IMO Bullard the lowest. Tiny can be maddening. He can play a series really well and then do something incredibly bad that wipes out the good things. Tiny was one of the matadors today, Stone was another.
TEs were a total non factor in the game

Secondary Corners played bad, sutton's worst game of the year, and he was the best of the 2. The safeties? Randolph and Moore probably played the best of the safeties, far too many breakdowns. Janceck continued to use a safety as an OLB today and again it hurt us, though it allowed Randolph to make a lot of tackles.

Two observations.
1. Speed Kills!
2. Auburn blocks! They block at the LOS, they block downfield, they block on returns. If you can't get off blocks, or if you are too slow to get an angle if you do happen to get off a block----you lose----big.

Be careful with that critique of the staff, you will get in trouble.
