has been officially medically retired from the United States Army at the age of 26 due to injuries sustained as a result of defending this country . He's a warrior and I definantly want him in my corner . He will be back in his home town by Saturday and has been accepted and enrolled in the fall semester at the University of Tennessee.  . He is very excited about the future but really did want to finish out his career in the military. Thanks to you all who may have remembered him in your thoughts and prayers and please continue to do so, he needs them .

Sorry to hear he ended up getting the medical.
OTOH, I remember when he was on the Hill the first time.
Best of luck in his studies!

Those who Dream by night in the dusty recesses of their minds
Wake in the day to find that it was vanity; but the
Dreamers of the day are dangerous men, for they
May act their dream with open eyes, to make it Possible.
This I did.

Glad he is doing better and will be home and attending UT.  Hope he has lots of success in his stint on the Hill and remind him to come by the tailgate and get a good meal and a cold one if he so chooses. We appreciate his service and time in.

Yep! I remember you giving me a ticket to watch him post the colors when he was with ROTC. I am eternally grateful for that random act of kindness  .
