Selfishly, I would’ve loved to make that trip. From a football standpoint, it’s for the best. There are far better teams than us that have gone to Provo and gotten their asses kicked. Jet lag+elevation+an opposing roster full of 26-27 year olds spells trouble.

I woulda liked to rub BYU's nose in it at their home place, but this is a smart Football move. 

Reminds me of a while back - maybe as far back as the old VOLBOARD, when the Vols bought out the back end of another home and away from a western team....Wyoming was it?  Boise?  I can't recall exactly, but I do recall that event drawing out that total douchebag AF fan "Zoombag" .  Holy fizzle that guy was a grade A douche nozzle.

Would have loved to pay BYU back for that home loss, but otherwise could GAS.  That was not Alontae's finest moment, to say the least.
