The VOLS showed up, the VOLS kicked ass!

The offense showed what it can do with multiple healthy weapons
Hurd, check
Pearson, check
Wolf, check

Pig, usual good game
Dobbs, for the most part a good game
The OL with perhaps their best effort of the year
A good game plan, well executed.
Imagination with the half back pass

On defense, when the game mattered, dominated their offense.
The Hawks best players were refs swallowing their whistles not calling holding.  Barnett and Magggitt were dominate.  Lewis played well.  The tackles played well.  Mixon got meaningful reps
Bynum played well at Mike.  JRM played like he was in good health again
Coleman had a very good game, really covered well, as did Cam.  Moseley really wasn't tested but covered well
All three safeties played well.

Kicking game kicked ass

TK had three onside kick recoveries, something I don't think you will see again for awhile.

The backups need more coaching up though really they didn't played as badly as the three late scores might indicate.  A couple did not play well but the young corners showed promise

Coaching staff had a good plan, adapted well and were coaching till the final whistle

The VOL nation represented outstandingly (the VOL Walk was insane)

A great afternoon/evening in Jax

At what % would you put the UT crowd?  From the brief glimpses on TV, it appeared to be about 80% or so.

80-85% Orange
Really only one small section of Iowa fans in the NE corner, near their band

About what I expected.  Our fanbase and team much hungrier than theirs.  That momentum should carry over to next year.

It looked on TV like the one sideline was supposed to be the Iowa section, but it was about 60% Orange.  And of course the other sideline was solid.
