Olson is probably better than Freddie on paper, and he’ll cost less ( at least for the next two years), hopefully allowing them to add some more pieces. But they had to give up A LOT to get him, and in two years they’ll be right back where they are now.

That’s probably a bargain (they were supposedly offering Freddie $30M or more). Good to know we won’t have that to worry about anytime soon.
