It's turned out to be a pretty disappointing year for gaming, IMO. Last year I bought six big 4th quarter releases- this year, I'm only getting three. It doesn't help that Tomb Raider and Bioshock Infinite got pushed to next spring.

I just hope RE6 doesn't turn out to be another shooter like the last one. You should check it out- it's the best of the series, IMO. Even though, looking back, it started the series on the slippery slope from the survival horror of the early titles to the full blown shooter that was RE5- there is still a good balance of action and genuinely scary moments.
