Getting to this late, was at my non-wireless folks house in Knoxville for the holiday and I hate posting on my tiny phone screen.

So I am impressed that we almost beat Kansas, even though there is no such thing as a moral victory.  But realize that their best player only played 17 minutes.

I also thought the team blew numerous opportunities to pull away.  Lost the ball right in front of the basket multiple times.

But having said all that, it was valuable big game experience and they can spend the rest of the season working on finishing off a big opponent.

I expect a very deep run this year.  Hopefully we won't run into another Saint Mother Whatshername this year.

Agree....Got have have better and more consistent guard play to get to where we want to go. When it's tourney time guard play is huge. And I hope we don't jack up 27 more 3's like we did against Kansas. Barnes wasn't happy with his guard play after the game and let it be known.

This team can be real good and Barnes knows how to handle it.

They're good. Playing Pons a bunch. Would like for Walker to come along. I was at the game against Louisville & watched the Kansas game at a bar named Printers Alley  in the city. We can make a deep run. I believe

Walker has hardly played. Fulkerson has taken his minutes, and he has looked good. Other guy who I expected to see more is Jalen Johnson, who has a good outside shot
