As I've made it known before, I haven't been enamored with Hart from day one. I don't like what he's done with the LV's, I hate the NIke deal, and now this. But I don't think we should fire him (yet), either. What we need now at the administrative level is stability. Ask me again in a year, and I may feel differently. He did the search himself last time, and that was part of the problem. After Michael White spurned him he contacted Tyndal and offered him the job within 3 hours. Just didn't do enough vetting.
Hart said that UT will be hiring a search firm this time. |
