How the hell is that still legal?  I don't care if it IS a "tradition".  If that's a tradition, then I vote we start a new UT "tradition" of handing out air horns at the gates at Neyland Stadium.  Or better yet, why don't we just mount a couple jet engines in both endzones and run them up whenever the other team has the ball?

Ive sat in the student section at State and I can say that the cowbell thing is actually fun. Seeing as ill be in that section whenever we play there next year. May be an opposite feeling.
