He was a terrific governor and seems to be a genuinely good guy, something that's rare in politics.
But after the Kavanaugh sham, I wouldn't vote for a Democrat if they were running against Satan himself. I would only consider voting for Bredesen if he stood up and denounced the shameful tactics of his colleagues in Washington, something he isn't about to do. I despise Trump. I didn't vote for him the first time and I won't vote for him the second time. But the way Kavanaugh -- by all accounts, a genuinely good guy himself -- has been railroaded by the left is an absolute disgrace. It's disgusting and vile. |
