No.  In that situation wins may be "vacated" but games no forfeited.

Besides, I don't want one like that.  That shoe could just as easily be on the other foot in this day and time.  Unless UGA's administration and coaches knew about it and still played him, it would be the wrong thing to do to punish the rest of the program for Gurley's actions.
