He's a great kid and I don't know the details of what he's going through.

Just really hard to wrap my brain around a guy like him who's come this far, TN kid, passing on the last opportunity to wear that orange.

No bad feelings towards him at all.  I just remember a time where if you could walk, you wanted to be out there with your teammates no matter what.  It's a different time now, though.

I’ll be completely honest: if he’s really got a nagging injury that will be difficult to heal by bowl game time then I’m ok with it. Otherwise, I don’t like to see players bail on their team prior to the end of the season.

I agree with Murf - he played hurt and made sure we got to a bowl game.  He has earned some time to heal up 100% in order to impress the best he can in the Sr Bowl.  I don't have a problem with it.  It's all good b/c the guys behind him will get to step up and gain from the experience.

I agree with all Vinnie
I know he had a couple of injuries, one of which prevented his return to the game (he tried but couldn't continue)

I'm not happy with it but it is the "new" normal and I wish him nothing but the best going forward
He stuck around through thick and thin and became a good corner

All men dream: but not equally.
Those who Dream by night in the dusty recesses of their minds

Dreamers of the day are dangerous men, for they
May act their dream with open eyes, to make it Possible.
This I did.

I don't blame him, and wish him all the best!
