I do understand that the pilot was an 82-year-old former state senator though. With the history they have at OSU, I am not sure that as AD or President I would have approved this guy flying. :frown:
To be clear, no one is saying this was due to pilot error, although the FAA will investigate and they may well say it was. I am definitely saying "bad idea" whether the pilot was at fault or not.
