Maybe we still don't win even without the technical being called, but Pat Adams has to know the circumstances and ramifications of a call like that.  Hell who knows, maybe Maymom deserved it, but I would hope it was call that Adams had to make.

I agree, but Maymon should know better than to go there.  No matter how bad the call was (and it was horrible), what good can come from jawing at the official?  He's not going to change the call!  He might choose to ignore you or he might call a T.  When the best possible outcome is "nothing changes", then just don't go there!
