Iowa has lost 5 of their last 6. I like our chances.

I like it. Iowa is reeling and UMass is vastly over-rated. Absolutely no reason UT shouldn't be dancing with Duke on Sunday.

UT was slighted with the play-in matchup, but I still feel it's a favorable draw.

Lots of head-scratchers in this year's bracket...though I don't really think UK as an 8-seed is nearly as big a deal as Vitale is making it out to be. The way he constantly goes to bat for John Calipari it wouldn't surprise me a bit if one of them winds up with the other's love child.

That match-ups are fine but we have to play an extra game.

Yeah, that was kind of disgusting by Vitale. He kept gushing on about UK's talent. Yeah they're talented, but they've lost 10 games. What did he expect, a 1 seed?

Vitale's biggest problem is that he is incredibly unintelligent. It still stuns me that anybody ever listens to that guy.

The chair of the committee is the Wake Forest AD.  There has been considerable criticism of Duke being seeded ahead of Louisville and shock at NC State making it in.  Go figure!

I'm not sure because I can't find the locations of the games yet, but I think that Duke is also getting to play in Raleigh.  Which means if we make it that far it's a home game for them.

I just love listening to him try to call a game featuring at least one team he knows nothing about (and that includes all but about 10-12 teams).  For example, in today's UVA/Duke game, since he had no real knowledge of this year's UVA team to convey, he would fall back on what he DOES know about them- Ralph Sampson.  Seriously, if you took a drink every time he mentioned Sampson, you would've been sauced by halftime.  And when he called a couple of OUR games a few years ago, he constantly talked about Pat Summitt.
