I've known Carmen for over 20 years now, and he's always been nothing but a straight shooter and wonderful person to me in all that time.  I've never worked with him, but my sister-in-law did, and she is still friends with him and his family.  Heck, he even told me I was allowed to sign for UTAD tailgate catering when no one else was available (for whatever good my signature was).    I may be biased, but I'll definitely take his word over hers.
