8 wins would set a new record for a single conference.  I know there's a lot more bowls than there used to be, but then again we didn't have to send any 5-7 teams like SOME rival midwestern conferences I could name.  

But I'm good with 8.  To ask for more would be greedy.  Here's hoping the league is at 8-3 by the time clock hits 0:00 in Phoenix.

Yes!  Absolutely.  There was some blogger saying Clemson is basically a 13th SEC team, so I guess we will find out if that's true or not.
