 A local Cajun food truck sells it at work. I would have gone for a second helping on Friday but ended up teleworking all day.

Plenty of time for a second helping next week though.   

As an aside, the food truck is from local restaurant Tim's Cajun Kitchen. If you ever go to Huntsville check it out. Pretty much everything on the menu is excellent.
