I want mention it for fear of a jinx but Stokes, to name one player, has significantly improved his percentage.

The root of it: mental toughness. Somewhere along the way this team found its focus and is as tough between the ears as any you'll find. It's manifested in several ways, including the percentage you reference.

I don't think he will but if he does play football this fall, and hits the weight room with the football team, he could turn into even a bigger beast. Won't happen but nice to dream.

I like the guy.  I like his humble way of giving God the glory after every game.  With some players you suspect it's mostly an act, but not this guy.
