Odd...If he's leaving to test the NBA waters why not just put it out on twitter like Bone did?

I think it means he's coming back without testing the waters or he's signing with an agent and he's gone for sure.
I know which of the two is more likely. I'm hoping that I'm surprised, in a good way, a second consecutive day.

He sounded to me like he would like to return, especially with Barns staying, but owes himself the option to determine his evaluation. Shows a level of maturity to me

Agree....Will be like Admiral did last Spring and if he doesn't get the grade he'll be back. I think Bone is gone even if he has to go overseas.

Think about all that is on the table for Grant if he returns:
1. Three straight SEC POYs, only done previously by a couple guys named King and Maravich 2. Naismith POY, he would've won this year if not for a once-in-a-generation freshman 3. Various all-league and All American teams 4. All team goals like SECC, National title- this will be tougher without his running mate Admiral, but if Bone returns nothing is off the table.
He could leave UT as the most accomplished player in SEC history.

Pistol Pete was the only person to ever win the award three straight seasons. King won it twice, then Ernie won it before Bernard won his third. Being mentioned with those two greats would be quite the accomplishment.
Grant could indeed make SEC and Tennessee history.
I'd love to see him return, for selfish reasons, but want him to make the decision that he thinks is best for him. If he leaves, I'll regret not being able to watch him in UT orange for another season, but I'm sure that we will all be his biggest fans whatever he decides to do.

King won it outright twice, 75 and 76. In 77, he shared it with Grunfeld.

I wish Williams great success no matter which way it ends. He is smart for leaving his option of coming back open.

IMO he comes back, just has that feel.
Bone on the other hand seems to be set on going pro - NBA or overseas
