As if it matters to their season outlook at all.  

EDIT EDIT EDIT--

I just now read the story and now realize the severity of the situation.  Someone died.. so I don't really think of it is "bad news for the Cowboys".  Football doesn't mean crap in a situation like this.  My prayers go out to Jerry Brown's loved ones, what a horrible story.

I have no sympathy for drunk drivers, though.  I hope Brent is locked up for a long time.

Sorry for my first post, that sounded really bad in light of the story.

I wasn't referring to their playoff chances but instead to the Cowboy family. As you know, I despise the Cowboy organization as much as anyone, but I wouldn't wish this on anybody.

Right, I know you weren't talking about football now that I read the article.  I initially just scanned the headline name and reacted in a way that indicated that yet another Cowboy got in legal trouble.  But when I saw someone was killed, I felt bad about my initial reply.  Sad situation, it is.
