Really good hire for Kentucky, I think. I would've liked to have seen him stay on the UT staff.

No, it has nothing to do with it, I think Tee will be pursued by Auburn as well. He is from Mobile, which isn't far from Auburn. That would be a problem - but the dude has a street named after him in Knoxville!
