LSU lost to UF in the 2nd game 24-4, a literally record ass whipping.  Then easily won the final 18-4, but the first game was a 3-2 nailbiter.  What a strange series, and it's amazing how much variation can be in baseball, but I guess that reflects the huge impact of pitching.

I guess, given that I hate both teams, seeing one of them win after taking a 24-4 butt kicking might be about the best possible outcome short of a meteor.
