OK, I know this budget stuff is serious ... but I couldn't help laughing out loud when his cell phone rang (loudly!) right in the middle of his press conference.  A staffer grabbed it ... and said (no kidding) ... "your pizza is ready".   

Best laugh I've had in awhile.
