Not sure I want a coach who doesn't have a bit of arrogance in him. Pearl certainly had his share and then some.

bit of arrogance is one thing, but as I understand it, Marshall has much more than a bit. He just loves him some him. It's presumably the reason he's not in a better job already. Up until this season, his on-court results, while very good, still didn't merit a major program bringing in such a strong personality. But with what he's done this year, I think a lot of bigger schools are going to look past that stuff. If we want him, we're going to have a lot of competition.
